This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform, whether you are a car dealership customer (a "Dealer") or a consumer interacting with dealer-branded landing pages (a "Consumer" or "Visitor").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information from Dealers (B2B Customers)

When you register as a Dealer or use our Platform, we collect:

Account Information:

  • Business name, address, phone number, email
  • User names, email addresses, and phone numbers of authorized employees
  • Account credentials (securely hashed passwords)
  • User roles and permissions

Business & Branding Information:

  • Logo, brand colors, fonts, and visual identity
  • Website URL and domain configurations
  • Social media profiles and handles
  • Brand voice and tone preferences

Vehicle Inventory Data:

  • Vehicle details (make, model, year, price, mileage, VIN, features)
  • Vehicle images and descriptions
  • Stock numbers and availability status
  • Inventory source URLs and scraping configurations

Marketing Campaign Data:

  • Campaign configurations, budgets, and schedules
  • AI-generated ad copy and creative assets
  • Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, costs)
  • A/B testing configurations and results

Integration Credentials:

  • API keys for third-party platforms (encrypted at rest)
  • Advertising platform account IDs (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager)

1.2 Information from Consumers (Landing Page Visitors)

When you interact with a dealer's landing page or submit a lead form:

  • Message or inquiry text
  • Vehicle of interest
  • Trade-in vehicle information (if provided)
  • Monthly income (if credit pre-qualification forms are used)

Technical & Behavioral Data:

  • IP address, browser type, device type
  • Referrer URL and UTM campaign parameters
  • Pages viewed and time spent on landing pages
  • Form submission data and timestamps

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Platform:

  • Device information (operating system, browser version)

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 For Dealers

We use Dealer information to:

  • Provide Services: Generate AI-powered ad campaigns, manage inventory feeds, create landing pages, capture leads
  • Campaign Management: Schedule campaigns, track performance, generate exports for Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • AI Processing: Send vehicle details to Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet API to generate platform-optimized ad copy
  • Compliance: Automatically apply OMVIC, AMVIC, and VSA compliance requirements to ads and content
  • Analytics: Track campaign performance, landing page views, lead conversion rates
  • Support: Respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, improve the Platform
  • Billing: Process subscription payments via Stripe, manage invoices
  • Platform Improvement: Analyze usage patterns, develop new features, optimize performance

2.2 For Consumers

We use Consumer information to:

  • Lead Delivery: Route your inquiry to the correct dealership
  • Attribution: Track which marketing source generated your inquiry (for dealer analytics)
  • Fraud Prevention: Detect and prevent spam, bots, and fraudulent submissions
  • Legal Compliance: Maintain records as required by law

Note: Your lead information is shared with the dealership you contacted. The dealership is responsible for how they use your information for sales, follow-up, and CRM purposes.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

3.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform:

Anthropic (Claude AI):

  • Data Shared: Vehicle details, campaign strategy parameters, tone preferences
  • Purpose: Generate optimized advertising copy
  • Privacy: Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy and commercial terms

Stripe (Payment Processing):

  • Data Shared: Business name, email, payment method details
  • Purpose: Process subscription payments and manage billing
  • Privacy: Subject to Stripe's privacy policy

Supabase (Database & Authentication):

  • Data Shared: All Platform data (securely stored and encrypted)
  • Purpose: Database hosting, user authentication, data storage
  • Privacy: Subject to Supabase's privacy policy

Vercel (Hosting & Analytics):

  • Data Shared: Usage analytics, performance metrics
  • Purpose: Platform hosting, performance monitoring, error tracking
  • Privacy: Subject to Vercel's privacy policy

3.2 Dealer-Controlled Integrations

Dealers may configure optional third-party tracking:

  • Facebook Pixel: If a Dealer adds a Facebook Pixel to their landing page, Consumer browsing activity may be tracked by Meta
  • Google Analytics: If a Dealer adds Google Analytics, Consumer activity may be tracked by Google

Important: These tracking tools are controlled by the Dealer, not RazzyTech. Consult the Dealer's privacy policy for details.

3.3 Business Transfers

If RazzyTech is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

3.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to:

  • Valid legal process (subpoena, court order, search warrant)
  • Legal compliance obligations
  • Protection of our rights, property, or safety
  • Prevention of fraud, security threats, or illegal activity

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with:

  • Encryption at rest (AES-256)
  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3)
  • Row-Level Security (RLS) enforcing tenant isolation
  • Geographic hosting in North America (subject to change)

4.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security practices:

  • Authorization: Role-based access control, multi-tenant data isolation
  • API Security: Rate limiting, CSRF protection, input validation

4.3 Data Retention

We retain information as follows:

  • Dealer Account Data: Retained while your account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation
  • Consumer Leads: Retained for the duration of the Dealer's active subscription
  • Analytics & Logs: Retained for 12 months for troubleshooting and performance analysis
  • Legal Holds: Data subject to legal holds retained until the hold is lifted

Upon account deletion, we permanently delete your data within 90 days unless legal retention requirements apply.

5. Your Privacy Rights

5.1 For Dealers (Data Controllers)

As a Dealer, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about your business
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information via your account settings
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention)
  • Portability: Export your data in CSV or JSON format
  • Objection: Object to certain processing activities (may limit Platform functionality)

5.2 For Consumers (Data Subjects)

If you submitted a lead form on a dealer landing page:

  • Access: Contact the dealership directly to request a copy of your information
  • Deletion: Contact the dealership to request deletion of your lead information
  • Opt-Out: Contact the dealership to opt out of marketing communications

Note: Dealerships are independent data controllers. They are responsible for responding to your privacy requests regarding lead data.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

8. International Users

RazzyTech is based in Canada. If you access the Platform from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada or other countries where our service providers operate.

By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Sending an email notification to Dealer account administrators
